About Us
tnresult.in (tnresult.in) is an independent educational information portal for students and parents in Tamil Nadu. We explain the SSLC (Class 10), Higher Secondary First Year (+1) and Higher Secondary Second Year (+2) public examinations conducted by the Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), and we point you to the official websites where results and notices are published.
Our purpose
Every year lakhs of students search for their results at the same moment, and many unofficial pages spread rumours about dates or ask for personal details. Our mission is simple: give students clear, accurate, calm guidance and send them to the right official source.
Who we write for
- SSLC, HSE +1 and HSE +2 students and private candidates in Tamil Nadu
- Parents and guardians
- Teachers and school staff who guide students through results, revaluation and supplementary exams
What we cover
- Result status and official result links for each examination
- Timetables, hall tickets and passing criteria
- Marksheets, revaluation, retotalling and supplementary examinations
- Past result dates and statistics from official sources
Editorial standards and verification
We base every fact on official sources: dge.tn.gov.in, tnresults.nic.in, DGE notifications and press releases, and Government Orders. A result status changes to “Announced” only after we confirm the official declaration. Dates we have not verified are labelled as tentative or omitted. Read our Editorial Policy and Fact-Checking Policy.
