Corrections Policy

Last updated

We aim to be accurate. When we make a mistake, we fix it quickly and openly.

How to report an error

Use our Contact page with the page link, what is wrong, and an official source if you have one.

What we do

  1. We review the report against official sources, usually within two working days, and sooner around result announcements.
  2. If the information is wrong, we correct the page and update its “last updated” date.
  3. For significant errors (for example a wrong date, link or status) we add a short correction note to the page explaining what changed.
  4. Minor fixes such as spelling or formatting are made without a note.

Result status errors

If a result status or official link is wrong, we treat it as urgent and fix it as soon as it is verified.

Official Sources

Information on this page is checked against these official Directorate of Government Examinations websites. Results are available only there.
